We are positive that you will discover our rooms and apartments extremely comfortable, and that our friendly staff will make sure your time spent with us will be most enjoyable and stress-free. You can find great balconies with every room and apartment, where you can take a seat and enjoy the relaxing and calm views out towards the blue waters of the Aegean Sea.

All rooms have air condition ( hot and cold ), television, outfitted kitchen area and telephone. Our apartments and rooms are located in a very quiet and relaxing part of Limni, and our luscious green garden area adds a touch of beauty and tranquil to the environment.

With the attractive beach positioned directly opposite us, get ready to enjoy the magical elements of sea and sun to their fullest. The beach here is also famous because of the dolphins that often swim around the waters very close to the shore.

With our own minibus, we're more than happy to offer transportation to and from the main town of Limni for our guests. Twice yearly, Enduro and Scramble races are organised at the local race track, and our guests will be more than welcome to attend these races should they be interested.
